Mat Scott

Originally from Hawke’s Bay, Auckland artist Mat creates niche artworks using recycled native New Zealand timbers. He is also drawn to feathers. To him, they represent the traveller, the natural world, and the spirit world. He is now hand-making them in a new medium, copper. Each one has its own unique finish.
