Jessie Kanji

Jessie is an artist and educator based in Aotearoa. Patterns in her inner world form the lens by which she sees the world. Playing with the elements of connection, movement, space, and colour, transforming, she transforms her drawing practice through printmaking. Her work seeks to evoke the concept of rasa – a state of total absorption.
