Hazel Foot

Hazel’s acrylic-on-canvas paintings are expressionist landscapes inspired by her travels in New Zealand. Her work depicts a suspension between reality and illusion and aims to provide a catalyst for recalling personal experiences in the natural world. The fragility of nature and the importance of conservation are key concepts. Hazel studied at Browne School of Art, Auckland.
